This website is operated by CoreGradePro. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to CoreGradePro. By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission from us. We may update these terms at any time and it is your responsibility to check for changes.

2. PRODUCTS

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product colors and finishes may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to monitor settings and photography.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a product is listed at an incorrect price. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout.

4. ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, it enters processing immediately. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order by emailing us directly. We cannot guarantee cancellation after that window as orders may already be fulfilled.

5. SHIPPING

We ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — we are not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. CoreGradePro is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition and original packaging. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation sent to our support email.

7. HARDWARE CONSULT SERVICE

The Hardware Consult is a paid advisory service. All consult fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been delivered. Turnaround time is approximately 24 hours from receipt of all required project information and photos. CoreGradePro provides product recommendations based on the information you supply — we are not responsible for purchasing decisions made based on those recommendations. Results may vary based on project scope and accuracy of information provided.

8. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible for information on this site that is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Product specifications, availability, and pricing are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

CoreGradePro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this site shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
