At CoreGradePro, we work with trusted logistics partners to deliver your hardware safely and efficiently. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Shipping — SF Express (DDP)
Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days
This is our primary shipping method. All duties, taxes, and import fees are included in your order total — there are no surprise charges upon delivery. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means your order is fully covered from our warehouse to your door.
Expedited Shipping — FedEx Commercial Express (DAP)
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
For customers who need faster delivery, we offer commercial express shipping via FedEx. Please note that DAP (Delivered At Place) shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are assessed by your local customs authority and are not controlled by CoreGradePro.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

DELIVERY DELAYS
Estimated delivery times are provided by our logistics partners and are not guaranteed. CoreGradePro is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your support email] with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
