REFUND POLICY

At CoreGradePro, every product we carry is held to a professional standard — and we stand behind that. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging
- Free of installation marks, scratches, or damage caused after delivery
To initiate a return, email us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — CoreGradePro is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your support email]. Include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and packaging
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. No return shipping required for damaged or incorrect orders.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or special-order hardware
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items showing signs of installation or use
- Hardware Consult fees (non-refundable once delivered)

EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
